What is CréaClub?

CréaClub is a creative community studio that hosts fun, hands-on craft events like girls’ nights and brunches where you can make cool DIY projects while meeting new friends. We provide the supplies and ideas — you bring your creativity and good vibes!

Where is the studio located?

Currently, we don’t have a fixed physical location. Our events take place at different rented venues around town or online, and details are always shared when you register.

How do I join an event or book a spot?

You can sign up for upcoming events on our website or social media pages. Spaces are limited to keep it cozy, so we recommend registering early.

Are materials provided?

Yes! All necessary craft materials are included in the event fee. No need to bring anything unless specified.

Do I need any experience to participate?

Not at all! Whether you’re a total beginner or a crafting pro, everyone is welcome. Our events are designed to be relaxing and fun for all skill levels.

What age groups are welcome?

Most events are geared toward adults, but some family-friendly sessions may be available. Check the event description for age guidelines.

Can I bring friends or kids?

You’re encouraged to bring friends to share the fun! For kids, please check the event details as some are adult-only. However our events are ticket based, so everyone needs to have their own ticket.

How much do events cost?

Event prices range depending on the project and venue. Typically, tickets are between $25 and $50, and include all supplies and refreshments.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled or the date is changed.
However, if you're no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to transfer or sell your ticket to someone else. If the event is sold out, you can also contact us — we’ll do our best to help resell your ticket to someone on the waitlist or interested in a spot.

How often are creative evenings or brunches?

We organize creative evenings twice a month, and special brunch craft events periodically. Stay tuned on our calendar for upcoming dates!

What kinds of crafts will we do?

We do a variety of crafts such as friendship bracelets, candle making, mood boards, glass painting, and more. Each event’s craft theme is detailed in its description.

Can I suggest or request a craft theme?

Absolutely! We love hearing ideas from our community. You can send suggestions through our contact page or social media.

Are food and drinks included?

Yes, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are included with your ticket. (No alcohol unless specified.)

Is there parking nearby?

Parking options depend on the venue. We include parking or public transit info in each event listing.

Do you sell craft supplies or merchandise?

Yes, we offer some craft kits, stickers, and merch online and at events. Check our shop for current products.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. However, due to factors beyond our control, phone cases may take between 10 to 30 days to arrive. Rest assured — the rest of your items will ship separately and on time!

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within Canada and the U.S. We’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for international updates!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size. You’ll see the exact shipping total at checkout before completing your purchase.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder too.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.
