  • Product images, descriptions, and prices may change without notice.
  • We’re not liable for any damages caused by misuse of our products.


2. Product Availability

  • Some items may be limited edition or sell out quickly.
  • We make every effort to keep inventory accurate, but in rare cases, an item may no longer be available after your order is placed. If this happens, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund or replacement.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify's approved payment providers (Shop Pay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).


4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, products, and content on this site are the property of CrĂ©aClub Studio and Beyond Comfort Boutique.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our products or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.


5. User-Generated Content

If you tag us on social media or share photos of our products, we may repost your content (with credit). Let us know if you’d prefer we don’t!


6. Workshop & Event Policies

  • Tickets for DIY events (Girls Nights, Brunches, etc.) are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • You agree to respect event rules and to behave respectfully toward other participants and hosts.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to third-party carriers
  • Misuse of our products
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities related to materials (ex: candles, paint, apparel, etc.)


8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
