📦Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods (such as launches or holidays), processing may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you informed by email.

📱 Phone Case Shipping Delay Notice

Due to circumstances outside our control (such as production time and external suppliers), phone cases may take between 10 to 30 days to arrive.
However, you’ll still receive the rest of your order first, and we’ll send your phone case as soon as it's ready. Thank you for your patience — we promise it’s worth the wait!

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and discounts).

📍 Local Delivery — Jonquière, Chicoutimi & La Baie:
If you live in Jonquière, Chicoutimi, or La Baie, you can choose free hand delivery at checkout. We'll drop off your order directly at your door within a few days — no shipping charges required!


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
