🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition you received them
• We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items or limited drops
• Custom or personalized products
• Digital products (if applicable)
• DIY workshop tickets (unless the event is canceled or rescheduled)

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. (Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank.)
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• Want a different size or item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• You’ll be responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — pinky promise. 💕
